Jenn Dickerson- Certified Personal Trainer/Co-Owner

 

I started my career in the fitness field at an all women fitness center where I became a personal trainer. After I moved on to personal train clients in my home, their home, or at a park. I have worked with clients of all ages, both male and female, to help them reach their personal goals, whether it was weight loss, to train for a particular sport, or to help rehab an injury.

Corey Dickerson- Sports Trainer/NFHS Certified Coach/NCAA Operators and Coaches Approval Program/Co-Owner

 

I have trainied and coached kids and adults in basketball, soccer, football, baseball and track and field for over 20 years. With over 2000 volunteer hours with the YMCA and other programs to help the physical development of children, my ability to relate to children is unmatched. I am also the Head Coach and Program Director of the JennCore Spurs Basketball Program.

Stephani Shaw- Certified Nutrition Counselor/Certified Personal Trainer

 

My love for fitness started early in life when participating in every sport I could and excelling in competitive cheerleading. I have been training since 2009 specializing in nutrition counseling and education. I am passionate about helping people be the best they can be! I believe your decisions with health and fitness shape a great portion of who you are and how you see yourself!

Emphasis: Diet as medicine

Mary Krause- Sports Trainer

 

I graduated from Missouri Baptist University in spring 2017 with a Bachelor degree in Exercise Science. I plan to continue at MBU to pursue a Master’s degree in Education and become a certified elementary physical education teacher. I have played numerous sports throughout my athletic career, which includes volleyball, lacrosse, basketball, and soccer.  I played volleyball and lacrosse at the colligate level at MBU for four years. I have been training soccer since 2014 and coaching basketball and volleyball since 2015.  Sports have always been a passion of mine and I would love to share that passion and work ethnic with athletes seeking to improve developmental skills while advancing their overall fitness level to enhance their athletic performance.
